Each of the stores that sell WhimWiz products is different. They all have different sizing criteria, shipping, refund, and return policies. Please see the individual store for details.

Is there a support group for people who buy the wrong size?
While we can’t offer therapy sessions, we can definitely host a pun-filled support gathering! Just remember, everyone’s been there, and laughter is the best medicine—unless it’s about tight pants, then a good pair of scissors is a close second. We’ll help you find the perfect fit instead!

Can I return an item if my cat has decided it's now theirs?
Ah, the classic feline takeover! Unfortunately, once your cat claims it, it's officially a "cat-astrophe." However, if you can extricate the product without a hairball incident, feel free to return it! Just remember, we can’t accept items with catnip residue!

Can I send my order through a time machine to get it faster?
Alas, our time machine is under repair (again), so regular shipping is your best bet. But just like fine cheese, good things take time—so sit back, relax, and maybe binge-watch a few episodes while you wait!

If my refund takes too long, can I get my money back in jelly beans?
While we love jelly beans—who doesn’t?—unfortunately, we cannot process refunds in candy form. Our refund policy, however, ensures that your money will go back to you in the same method you used to pay (no sweets included). If it takes longer than expected, just reach out to our customer service wizards, and we’ll sprinkle some magic on your issue!

Why do you guys seem so cheerful? Are you powered by unicorns?
